LikedThe hotel was not very big but it had good view of lake and by using 70 bus we could go to downtown.The breakfast was good and the room was cleaned everyday.The speed of Wi-Fi was suitable.

DislikedThe general appearance of hotel must be improved.The speed of elevators was not good.

LikedThere was nobody in charge during the breakfast. There was one day that there were no food for breakfast from 8 am. the ladies who worked there could not communicate in English to tell us why there is no food for breakfast. There was also alot of renovation happening during our stay which was not convenient for us

LikedGood size room , good pillows and bed. Great restaurant across the road. Dukes Free breakfast was ok.A few reviews said about homeless people hanging around , never seen one homeless person in or around the hotel.

DislikedWe knew it was a bit out from the city centre but from other reviews believed it had a free shuttle. NO SHUTTLE. So we had to Uber for 2 days.
