LikedThis property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. The proximity to shops and restaurants was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was delicious and filling.

LikedThe Serenity Inn Newport was in a great location, we did a lot of walking. Just down the street was Thames street that had lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. We had room 12, the queen room that was very comfortable, but you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs so if you have trouble with that will want to book on the first or second floor. Breakfast was amazing each day, and they were very accommodating if you wanted to exclude something from the daily breakfast that was offered. The staff was amazing, very friendly and informative about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

DislikedThe only downside was the bathroom was rather small and there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Even a small shelf above the sink would have helped.
