LikedLocation; very charming design. The front desk people were nice.

DislikedThe garbage trucks outside are so loud; disturbed everyone. Lighting in the room is very poor; too dark. The water sources in basin get crossed; sometimes hot water is cold and cold water is hot. Thermostat gives off a bright light and is very distracting. If there are two people in the room, why not give two drink coupons instead of one? Treat customers like you care, and they will come back.

LikedLocation was absolutely perfect for a quick trip to Seattle. Half a block to Pike Place and 25 min walk to the space needle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and comfortable. Price was competitive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

DislikedWe stayed in a twin room and it was tight on space, but the space was used well and enough for what we needed.
