Great location. Great room. When I return I would like the same room. Best view, no stairs to climb and I particularly liked the chaise longue.
It needs maintenance. Light fitting loose, door didn’t lock properly, hand shower fitting broken
I enjoyed and liked everything about the boutique hotel, especially their gift of champagne and macarons for my birthday.
The room above me had a guest who stomped a fair bit and rolled luggage around in the early morning.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate - continental and an option of scrambled eggs. Though the breakfast 'conservatory' - a big glass box really - seemed a bit strange. The bed was very comfortable.
Our room, room 8, was a 'Junior Suite'. It was a decent size to be fair and well decorated. BUT It was a loft space room and proved impractical. With low walls and angled ceilings it was uncomfortable in many ways. We had to learn to avoid banging a head on the angles. We had rooms 3 and 7. These are rooms with a magnificent view of the bay of Cascais and Estoril. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Neuma. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance.
Room 7 was rather small. There was hardly space to put my toiletries in the bathroom. The street on the bayside of the hotel is busy and noisy during the day.
The nice size room was in a very lively Villa in a perfect location in the center of town across from the harbor.
It was very quite lively staff and one of the BEST breakfast we had on our long pleasure trip.
