LikedVery nice resort. Great food and nice pools. Room was large and very comfy.

LikedGood variety of food. It is buffet style breakfast which allowed guests to pick what they wanted to eat. Drinks, including coffee and orange juice, were provided by the staff. Sit down dinners were of great quality. A bit slow for not too many people but attentive service made up for it. Steaks lacked a proper sear but the flavors were fantastic. Many many options on each menu. Pools were amazing. Expansive and has a different feel in each one. Very relaxing stay. Drinks were great quality and on the strong side which is a good thing.

DislikedI wish front desk staff would have been more willing to change our rooms when out A/C was not working the first few hours. I understand that is was fixable but I saw the maintenance man more than my wife the first 4 hours of my 3 day vacation. It could have been avoided if we simply changed rooms right away, they could have fixed A/C for late check-ins, and we could have avoided the delays. Also, it took 45 minutes to get a diet coke at the Italian restaurant but I think that was a fluke. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
