They were absolute stars for finding 2 rooms for us even though they were fully booked. The staff was super polite and helpful. The box next to the bed with eye mask and ear plugs and a little perfume spray is a nice touch.

We stayed for 5 nights and didn't clean a room only after we said the room cleaning women.

Leaking toilet in room 318 - listening to water running the whole night, clearly a problem for sometime judging by the yellow stain the toilet.
Unfortunately that’s a difficult question
Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards we expected. The first room we were assigned was appallingly unclean: stains everywhere, dirty toilet. The window was left open upon arrival, leaving the room freezing and extremely uncomfortable for our family. Very nice the Staff was very friendly. The one thing they have a sauna for all guest. I didn't used because I was very busy with my family. May be next time.
Location is convenient for visiting the companies around Böblingen.
The duvet was too small for a king bed and the second duvet on the cupboard had no cover. The bathroom was too old: the toilet was broken outside and inside orangish. My room was ok but my colleagues's room had cockroaches and they have to swap the room. The sandwich bread was too dry, probably from previous day.
Clean room and comfortable beds. very easy to get to. staff are friendly
The car park charges, no fridge in the room, and the shower pressure is too high; it can hurt your skin.
