LikedThe hotel, pool and beach - Amazing!

DislikedPool and bar remain open a little later and better wifi service. Would also recommend bringing lots of water with you as they don't have drinking water available.

DislikedThe disagreeable, unamiable nature of a number of staff and the unwillingness to find solutions to problems. Wifi not working in bedrooms even though on Booking.com it is stated that it is available in all areas.

LikedPool was amazing and the view was great. All the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend.

DislikedThe lighting in the rooms was a bit dim and no plug sockets near the bed. Didn't bother me too much as didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

LikedI like the staffs. Very friendly and accommodating. The place overall is very nice and accessible to the beach. I commend the tour agents specifically Consuelo and Enrique. They were so friendly and did above and beyond their jobs.

DislikedThe pillow and sheets smelled like the last person who stayed in it. I was 😞 disappointed because i think they just fixed the bed without changing the pillow case and sheets. There should be coffeemaker and microwave so guests don't have to buy hot water that costs $1. Clean and fresh sheets are a must in every tourist hotels.
