Breakfast
The taps were falling apart
They had ended the breakfast at 9:00am instead of later. We thought it was 9:30am. So did other people. The had no coffee and tea station that we could access. For the price they were charging we expected better.
The service at check-in was top-notch! That in itself made the trip a delightful ! The staff couldn't be any better.

The staff was great, the room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed being in a corner room and couldn’t hear any outside noise or noise coming from the adjacent rooms.
Outside of the room was extremely hot ( the hallways, elevators, bar area). The food was not that good, pretty cold and just mid overall. The pool area was small and unregulated. When going to the pool, there was at least 10 unattended children with no parent in site. Nice-sized suite with two rooms so that early risers can let the sleepers sleep. Good location for us. Clean and included breakfast.
1. $12 charge for parking. Ridiculous for this location and this level of hotel. 2. First room had blaring loud air conditioner and we had to change.3. Breakfast options were far less than in this same hotel in San Diego. 4. Hotel hot in public areas.

Breakfast buffet and omelet bar was unexpected and delicious. So many options, length it's open was also surprising. It was kept constantly full and stocked of everything needed. Very clean and accommodating. Room was way larger than anticipated and highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Happy hour- one bartender and a line that wasn't worth the wait. Food was okay, steak was under-cooked and I couldn't eat it. Friends order wasn't prepared and they had to get management involved, thankfully the rest of us had enough food we could share with them and not be late for our concert. Nice touch for a happy hour free beverage coupon. Was a nice size room/ suite. The higher toilet for my bad knees. The shower with the handheld sprayer.
Breakfast ending at 9am, should be later!!! My room lights turned on, only one of the two but then couldn't be turned off. The light was on all night. Never could get it turned off.
