The location
Bathroom dirty, tv didn't work, roaches in kitchenette
The price was great and the room was large with a kitchenette. Parking was free and the location was excellent for us.
The key card didn't work when we arrived, and we had to get maintenance to come help us. The place was clean, but a little run down. Someone had used spackle on the floor grout so it kept coming off and sticking to our feet. The transition strip between the carpet and the kitchen tile was loose and it was a trip hazard.
The location and price of the unit was really good. The beds were really comfortable.
The sofa was uncomfortable and I didn't like the smell of my room.
The property is actually a lot better than I thought it would be! Safe environment and spacious. I’m very happy with the location as well. Valerie at the front desk was so responsive and kind for any questions I had after hours. She is great!

It was located at our convenience.
There is no wheelchair access so we had to carry our suitcase even we were at first floor. Because of the holiday there were none stuff available at the property.

The desk chair was very uncomfortable. Had to kill a roach in the room. The stove light and fan did not work. Refrigerator was loud. Too many smokers. Middle washing machine leaks.
