Clean friendly staff great location
Limited tea and coffee facilities no fridge
The staff were amazing. Anything needed was happily and efficiently done. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient, meeting other travelers from all over the world was a treat. The building is historically maintained and you can see that improvements are continually being done.
The bar itself wasn't open. However the big TV was on if you wanted to cuddle on the couch and watch something, or play pool in the back area. The room was smaller than we anticipated.
Front desk lady was super nice!!!!
Room was small and the beds were small. There was no heater working and it was really cold. Had to call the front desk with the phone in the room. The phone didn’t work. Had to call from personal cell phone for them to pick up. Space heater was provided which helped but for the price (1,300+ a night) it was not great. Breakfast was limited. Staff is great.
Rooms were awful. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was hot and you couldn’t adjust the temp. Water was like warm for showers.

The bathroom windows were not all frosted; the hair dryer was half old and smelled burnt

the elevator was broke when we arrived and had to climb 7 stories on foot. it was fixed the next day, thank goodness.
