Location
No hot water for showers or baths.Toilet didnt flush correctly if at all.Had to use plunger to flush multiple times.Toilet was stained dirty looking.Toilet was also wobbly and made noise when getting up.no elevator room on 4th floor.
I got a very spacious corner room on the 3rd floor with 2 walls full of windows, king bed, sofa, excellent work desk with chair, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, closet, and all the other typical amenities. I was lucky getting a nice covered parking spot under the building for free - and this is in the heart of SF downtown! But in general, keep in mind that parking is scarce there, so your mileage may vary and you may not be as lucky during your stay. I also realize that not all rooms in this hotel may be as nice and spacious as the one I had, but my experience was pretty great.Read more
All was good
Staff is nosy and watching you 24/7 and will call you if you have guest coming over. Whats the point of getting a hotel room if it seems like Nosy grandpa is watching.

Doors old don’t open or closed correctly to majority of the rooms we rented 2 rooms, BED BUGS on both rooms, room extremely dirty, flooring extremely dirty,
Nothing.
There was no elevator and it wasn’t clear on the website so had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Also, the bed linens were old and worn. There were holes in the bed frame, the couch. The blinds didn’t close all the way. The water was cold for the shower. The water coming out of the sink faucet was brown. No deadbolt on the door so felt unsafe. Huge room! Super spacious. Kieron was very kind!
Carpets weren’t vacuumed. Getting into the shower you had to climb over the toilet.
Not too far of a drive to sights.
The hotel itself didn't feel safe. The cleanliness and upkeep were not as expected and didn’t feel good. The door bolt did not work for the room we stayed in. It was a non-smoking room, but smelled like smoke.

The quiet location. Clean room. Nice staff.
The door by the swimming pool is the only way in. It needs to be fixed. It should be opened with your room "key" / card.
