Cons (-) It's in a decent location, that's it. The price is absolutely a daylight robbery considering the quality you get. This room is worth 350-400 baht a night, no way did I feel 450 baht made sense for this low quality room.

Pros (+) manager was a good man gave me a room that was cool and comfortable as I only booked fan room and it's was great 👍 hotel was close to the markets and easy walking manager offered me a push bike if I needed at anytime

Pros (+) Location near markets and river was good. Room was cool despite terrible heat. Manager was helpful. Value for money..cheap price.
Cons (-) Room had no windows. Outdoor seating area was hot and not comfortable. No couches or comfy chairs...just a few hammocks amongst tables and benches.
