The place is clean and managed like proper hotel and has all you need. I got access to the luggage room before I checked in and after I checked out, which was very convenient. The location is very central and few minutes walk to different underground stations. Finally, the staff at the reception were very nice and accommodating. Good value for the money paid. Keep it up 👍
The shower in the room was not working but there was one just outside the room. Also, the beds make noise when people move, which can be very disturbing at night 😕
Good location, 20-23 for usual price one night. 25£ for weekends.
There is no locker in the 4 beds room. So I choose the 8 beds but smell really bad as too many people in a room. The staff is helpful except night staff , I asked if he can let me charge my power bank in the reception as there is no USB plug in the room which is hard for me to use the phone the next day but he only wants to sell 5£ charger. I will not spend any extra money on the facilities. Also ...Read more
Comfy and great for the price
Noisy roommates. But inevitable anyway
The size of the bed and being on the ground floor.
My bed mattress, pillow not suitable for my spine.
Great place! I always stay here when in London. Close to trains and not far from Leister Sq. Oxford St.Chinatown, National Museum etc.
Some rooms are pretty cramped
Very comfortable bed, clean, other people in room quiet, polite. I loved having an en suite toilet & bathroom that were separate from each other. The room was well planned out, organized. Enough room for my bags & a night light, power point near bed. Somewhere to hang jacket and coat hangers provided. The staff were really helpful too !!
Nothing
The common rooms were nice and the bathrooms and beds were clean
The place was extremely warm, when I got there I. The day I was sweating bullets inside my room
The clean bedding, shower and toilet. The friendly helpful staff. The wonderfully equipped self catering kitchen and Central location.
Very warm. 2 fans on all night were extremely noisy and not healthy...
Location, cleanliness, common room on ground floor
Ventilation so so
It's in a very central location, so you can easily walk to London's most popular tourist spots. It was great that there was a Tesco nearby that stayed open until 11:00 PM. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is available for a fee at the reception area on the ground floor (alcoholic beverages brought in from outside are not permitted on the ground...
we stayed 2-10th of September. During our stay, both the elevator and the internet were out of service for a week :( The day before our leave, both the internet and the elevator fixed. The rooms are getting hot, and since the window doesn't open fully, there's a bit of a problem with ventilation. Despite all this, my grade is 8.6 out of 10 :)Read more
