I had a fantastic stay at W Kuala Lumpur! The hotel’s décor is absolutely stunning — modern, stylish, and full of vibrant energy. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The team members were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, international favorites...
While my overall stay at W Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom design was a bit uncomfortable — the door had no lock, and there was a visible gap that compromised privacy, especially when using the shower. The guest relations were outstanding. Got very good input for restaurant options and even helped on finding a very good emergency dentist

I like the vibes of this hotel. Could see youngsters people who manage this hotel. From manager, to front desk to chef at the kitchen. They were very friendly, helpful. I love their breakfast spread. They provide Malaysian breakfast and also western breakfast. So good!
We have bad experience during our check in but everything solved in time.
