The view
The room was not as spacious, the balcony needed renovations, the restaurant had limited options, was told that we could not take pictures, it was overall a 3 star hotel that was portrayed as 5 star. The valet only option for parking was also not reliable.
The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They went above and beyond to cater to all our needs.
Beautiful, nice view, very clean. Not to far from things to do.
Not much, just Really dislike parking fees at hotels, the nightly rate was high enough.
The rooms were amazing, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed in any hotel and the shower, WOW!! Hot, hot, super water pressure. We had an all-around amazing stay.
The bar downstairs wasn't consistent for pricing. One day beer was one price, the next day, it was double. Not sure why, but nevertheless, the hotel was fantastic.
The room had a beautiful view. Room service was fast and delicious.
The location
The hotel needs to be remodeled. I’ve stayed there four times in the last four years. The lights and mirrors in the rooms are loose and old.
The hotel was beautiful! The staff were extremely helpful & welcoming. Everything about this hotel screamed luxury & living your best life
