The bed blanket had a bad smell and seemed unwashed. I asked for it to be changed, and although they said they did, there was no difference. Towels were not provided. The second-floor bed felt unsafe and dangerous. Parking was very difficult. Also, the staff did not explain how to use the hostel facilities properly. I thought the first hostel was so-so, but this one is even.....
This is one of the most comfortable dorm rooms I have ever stayed in - a big double bed, handy lockable area in bed area for smaller items like chargers and huge storage unit under bed, thick curtains, aircon, clean - slept so well! Also nice and light common area with hot/cold water. The staff especially Alan were kind and helpful. Really enjoyed staying here - arrived feeling a bit travel worn a...Read more
it was perfect , i came here to stay for the second time and would come again. The under bed lockers are massive and fit both mine and my partners 60L rucksacks. The bed was the comfiest bed we have had in our whole trip including the hotels we have stayed in. Not to mention the staff are welcoming , have board games in the communal area with a water machine.
it was all perfect!
everything
location but actually not too far, I was just a bit scared to walk alone at night better to have 24hr front desk as I forget my key around 3am 😅, my bad though
Everything is good and acceptable.
Is just unlucky having 2 nights with a roommate snoring so loudly, then a few nights with another roommate who seems doesn’t taking showers at all, and the whole room smells so bad.
Good hostel. Exceptionally clean. The female dorm was spacious, quiet with good privacy via the curtains. There are charge points by the bed and individual reading lights. The bathrooms were never full and were cleaned constantly. Free tea and coffee all day with little biscuits, and breakfast (just white toast, peanut butter and jam) left out each morning to help yourself. Kind of unnecessary wit...
Weird vibe while I was staying there; nobody spoke to me, like I had 2 heads or something. Very strange for a hostel. It's not a sociable place at all. There is no locked storage - bring a padlock for your drawer. No cooking facilities or fridge but again, many cheap food options nearby. There's a kettle so you could make noodles if destitute. Some of the staff joined in with the weirdness vibe an...Read more
the beds were comfortable with lots of storage space, the bathrooms were clean and had shower gel! and there was free breakfast in the morning, but it was just toast with peanut butter (still nice if you’re a low budget traveller!)
Super clean. Well amenities
Nothing. For solo travelers best place to stay
