Pros (+) Location is central to the town, a short walk to major activities . The staff were marvelous and very obliging
Cons (-) No local or overseas TV, the towels were old and discolored and the replenishment of soap, tea was very ordinary.

Pros (+) Its truly the most amazing view in town from the main reception area and dining room. The new dining area is spacious, full of natural lighting and has a great choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Menu is great and I like that it is never any fuss for the restaurant to cook very tasty food at any time - I arrived on an early flight/taxi and had a couple of hours to kill prior to a meeting so spent...
Cons (-) Nothing - its a great hotel. It is not the cheapest stay in town, but a safe bet for consistently high quality and standards. There is no elevator or lift to the upper floors. However stairs are right by reception and the staff are very friendly and will assist with bags etc.

Pros (+) Recently taken over by a Chinese group and they are not yet up to speed of what is expected. They don’t appear to appreciate that it’s clients that will keep them in business .
Cons (-) Meals They show you a menus then say sorry we can’t do that .All we can do us xxx Cost of wine very expensive for a 3 star hotel . Towels are so old and need replacement

Pros (+) Hotel is very central with all rooms having a nice ocean view. Easy 4-5 minute walk to town. Rooms and public areas are spotless. The bed was very comfortable and linen/towels nice etc. Restaurant food is nice, menu good and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and polite.
Cons (-) No iron in room - this was provided with no issue upon asking at the front desk, but no ironing board was available for use at the hotel. No TV in the room or radio to catch the news - which is a bit strange in this day and age - particularly when the room was booked as a 'deluxe ocean view room' and not a standard room.
