Overrated and over priced , didn’t even have free parking
Everything was beautiful, nice, clean and comfy. I totally recommend this hotel to stay. Rooms are great and clean.

The cafe and restaurant amenities as well as the proximity to the River Walk and Alamo were wonderful. Guillermo (valet attendant) was so helpful. We had rented a Denali and were concerned about the 6’2 height restrictions on the parking garage. He measured our vehicle and assured us that everything would fit perfectly. We were on Floor 7 and it took almost thirty minutes for the water to warm up. With 5 people in a suite we had to leave the water running between each person to ensure everyone could have a shower. The room has a charge of $25.00 destination fee which is issued back in a credit that can be used at the restaurant or cafe. You can order food for pickup by scanning the QRcode link on the tv. So many surprise charges. Parking was way too much. I messaged before arriving asking about parking and didn’t get a reply. The building is old so I understand that space is limited. But they should be more upfront about what to expect. And the garage is very weird inside. The location was great; however, there was an AC problem. The manager was great with trying to rectify the situation. We do appreciate his promptness and concern about the guest at this hotel. There was nothing that I didn't like. AC units are machines and they do break, but it was rectified. I would suggest that they change the beds in the handicap accessible rooms. The beds are short for a tall person, a little hard and little too low to the floor.Read more
Great location
Over priced for lack of quality. Room felt stuffy, shower water pressure was low, shower door didn’t close completely, sheets were thin and not enough to fully cover two people, beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the price.
