Property was very clean. Room are pretty big comfortable bed comfortable pillows are very comfortable. Stay a little far from the centre front desk people should do better. It was some confusion with the charge for the breakfast. I didn’t have and I paid for the facility in advance and when I arrive to the hotel, they were trying to charge mewhen I advised it’s already was paying in advance. They ...
Great location in a converted warehouse. I love the neighbourhood, the Fenix museum is just across the bridge and there are lots of bars & restaurants in the neighbourhood. The breakfast buffet is decent for the price and you also have a little coffee machine in your room.
I requested a quite room, unfortunately my request was not honoured on this occasion which was a bit disappointing.

Room very small Restaurant in same building very "young" orientation. In the end I bought sandwiches for dinner at nearby Albert Hein. Semi self service buigen restaurant more complex to order than I was prepared for
The staff are friendly. We booked a family room, it was a really huge nice room with balcony. The breakfast is really good quality.
The housekeeping. Our room wasn’t clean at all even though we asked to make our room. We stayed 2 nights. We were checking out the next day so we didn’t bother to asked anymore. We were 4, but the towels were only 3 for the 2 nights. We had to always ask. Otherwise overall, it was a good stay.
The most caring and thoughtful hospitality team I’ve ever experienced! The photos of the hotel themselves have already been so beautiful, hence my decision to propose to my fiance there. But being there enjoying the facilities and room, and especially getting all the help I could have asked for from the front desk and room service teams who all helped my setting up my proposal night for her.
