We stayed at PARKROYAL Penang Resort for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, the experience was lovely — clean, spacious rooms, a beautiful beach, and friendly staff at the front desk. Kids activities plenty and staff are very considerate
Location was good, many stalls and vendors (food, laundry, souvenir shops, money exchange places all on the doorstep. Hotel leads on to beach which is convenient but cannot swim due to jellyfish. Either side of the hotel you’ll find beach bars with fire show performances happening throughout the evening. Breakfast was good with a variety of options to chose from.
Had to call reception to do a thorough clean of the room. Housekeeping team did a real bad job of changing the bedsheets and always left less towels then the number of occupants in the room. When they did come do a thorough clean, the room was filled with dust.
The best service, 1 year I will coming 3 time for family trip. Thanks park royal room number 408 sea view.

Friendly staff, all clean and everything available. Location great, right at the beach. And overall all great.
Breakfast area in the morning quite small, so queuing and busy.
Everything you are treated like royalty and king
Beautiful place, pretty hotel.
I split my foot open on one of the metal lights poking out of the grass. The on-site drinks are 3-4x what they are outside the hotel. The hallways in the hotel are dated - although the rooms are nice.
The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly!
The pool swimming is good and area for children
The carpet is old
