Pros (+) Nothing went well. I never got past the reception desk, where three other travellers were being refused accommodation.
Cons (-) The hotel refused to provide the booked room. They claimed that they had terminated their contract with OYO 5 months previously and would not honour the booking made that day. They stated that they no longer work with online bookings. They charged the full rental (one night) to my credit card, and I await a refund. I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice and additional cost.

The receptionist refuses any solutions...and just meets any suggestions with rejection...some people are not supposed to work in the service industry. I suggested that I can check in a different room or a room that will be ready later today...all I get is NO. I tried to adjust the arrival dates but the system won't allow me.
