Location was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely.
The carpet in the foyers had a very weird smell.

Breakfast was really great in a lovely setting, we had a very goods nights sleep and the location is just so convenient with underground parking too (bikes in tow). We travelled in the UK to Dover, came over on the ferry and drove for an hour to Arras. We certainly recommend.

The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The fridge with complimentary drinks and the slippers to take home were a nice addition that we enjoyed.
Nothing. Excellent check in, staff very helpful and spoke good English. Would have liked to stay longer.
Staff were lovely. Everything else was average.
Bathroom getting a bit old. Toilet was hard to flush. Ceiling painted black in the room was odd. No safe in the room. Parking underground was dim and poorly lit and old.

Location was good. The room was lovely with a nice big comfy bed. The mini bar was stocked with water and orange juice we could use, and the parking at the hotel was great. There was a lift straight up to the hotel so we didn't have to lug our luggage up stairs. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the staff in the restaurant when we went for dinner. There were major road works going on outside the hotel so it was a bit of a faff finding the parking, but when we did it was all good. The view onto a car park wasn't the nicest thing to see first thing in the morning, but that's just me being a bit pendantic.Read more
Good location for the Somme/WW1 battlefields and wellington tunnels, easy parking. Clean
