The location was excellent! The hotel was very well appointed, including a laundry room. The rooms very superb, with everything you could hope for and a beautiful view. In fact, the whole city is beautiful and well worth a visit. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful with recommending restaurants, getting reservations, taking care of luggage, etc.
We couldn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel.
Staff were exceptional. Location terrific. Very welcoming. Loved it.
The parking situation is annoying. There should be an option for free parking for such a hotel.

Was sad to have a view of the stucco building next door. Besides not seeing any part of the beautiful city it made me claustrophobic.
Great staff, location and amenities. The train coming through throughout the night was annoying but nice hotel.
The trains horn all night was annoying.
Location is awesome- we walked everywhere. Univ of O, restaurants all close by. Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!!
The hotel is beautiful. The free water was a bonus during a heat wave. The upstairs plaza with food service is great. And a bonus to have a balcony. The location is great with a lot of eateries and stores. Nice to have a grassy area for pet relief and the pet bed in the room was Winnie’s favorite. Large room and very nice bathroom.
The hotel is newer and has a great location.
It isn't worth the prices charged. No restaurant/room service, no pool, and dodgy maid service.
Everyone was very courteous. Room was great, and having a balcony was very cool.
Parking, but that can be taken care of by valet.
