break fast was nice room had old furniture, stool, and chairs bed had bed bugs as i have come out in marks and rashes and spots, very not happy

Room a bit tight.
I like the space of rooft top bar. You can have a excellent services. They organize very well and you can have a complimentary coffee there. It's was really fantastic. I really like it.
I don't like breakfast.
Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and free tea and coffee 24hrs a day. Nice rooftop area to hang out, close to station and buses.
A little bit far from the old town but otherwise nothing!
Nice room, good Ensuite bathroom and comfy bed. My room was not ready when I arrived but instead of making me wait in the lobby, they looked for a similar one that was ready and swapped the rooms. Nice Terrace on the top floor, one side in the sun and the other side in the shade to suit every need.
Not a lot of variety for dinner in the area. No coffee making option in the room, but coffee machine available on the top floor terrace.
Excellent breakfast and lovely staff in the dining room. Comfortable room.
Tea and coffee not available in the room but it was available in the dining area which was ok. May be better to offer as a facility in the room?

Nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom
The room was according to pictures. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast location is great
The personal was not welcoming at all, could not even make proper sentences, very unprofessional. No expiation of facilities and when we asked about the spa, we just got a « no ». From our surprised head another person explained it was not working, we would have appreciated to get this info before. Everytime we passed by the reception after that, the desk was empty.
The front desk was very pleasant. The breakfast looks nice but I needed to catch an early train so no time to enjoy. I also realized they locked the front door during the night, makes me feel more secure.
There’s no door at the shower, so the water might be splashed out easily.
it was clean and had a beautiful rooftop patio . close to train station . Nice breakfast that is included ! Good value for money . cute place !
