This was our third time at Marriott. We absolutely love staying there. The room is large, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and staying at the pool was pleasant, though a bit busy.
Sadly, the bathroom in the room doesn't provide you with much privacy, especially sound-wise. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by sliding partitions that do not provide any isolation. It is bothersome especially if you need to use the bathroom at night. You can't even turn on the light in the bathroom without waking up your spouse/ partner/ child as it penetrates beyond the partitions.
The rooms were nice, comfortable and the balcony was a definite plus. The bathroom very clean. The breakfast was very diverse with a huge selection of different foods. The pool tunnel and gym was nice.
On 2 occasions at breakfast, the tea that staff brought me was luke warm, not hot. The crossiants on another occasion were stale. The facilities were disappointing for my teenagers. They were too old for ANY of the kids activities, and too young for the adult facilities. For example adults only pool. The hotel was new and clean with exceptional staff who were thoughtful and caring.
Lack of entertainment. There was plenty of space for a pool table, table tennis etc but none were provided. There wasn’t any evening entertainment either. We stayed for 10 nights and the hotel made little effort to entertain you. There was a lovely beach too, but again nothing provided to entertain you.

The hotel complex is fantastic. Catering food and service is flawless. Front of house staff, cleaning staff basically everyone is dedicated to making your stay special and memorable. It is one of the best hotels in the world we have visited. There are so many members of staff that we could mention, but that would be unfair due to the consistent customer/staff experience.
Honestly - nothing as Marriott attention to detail is genuinely flawless.
The shower
The staff at the reception could’ve given me a better room but only gave me a better room after I had trouble with my room and had to be moved It’s the low season and he wasn’t that busy as I saw many rooms that were being used as I walked past them I think as a member if you have a low occupancy issued, give your members the best available choices to make them come back
Facilities are modern and well kept with very accommodating and responsive staff. Direct access to beach and many swimming pools.
The seafood restaurant food was not to mark as a la carte restaurant lacking seasoning.
