Very good location and the staff were soooo nice!
Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to visit the various scenic attractions.
Bathroom was dated and could be modernised.
Adam and Sauna showed great hospitality. Check-in and check-out was smooth. They recommended great spots to go to. Breakfast was great. They have a picnic area to sit and relax.
There was toilet paper under our bed. Cleaning crew didn’t clean thoroughly.
The property was great and in a perfect location. The breakfast was excellent and they even had a section with toys for the young children to play in.

The reception staff was EXCELLENT, offering tips, help with traveling, advice on activities, and even help with making phone calls to non-English speakers. We were pleased to get personal emails after our booking with concern that we booked a small room and it might not meet our needs. The room (#7) was perfect and the view from our balcony is absolutely the BEST VIEWING LOCATION IN ALL Lauterbrun...
It rained for 4 days so we wished the hotel had a simple pub with a small menu of food and drinks on site, but there were plenty of options in town if you were willing to walk a little (in the rain). The building is old but that's part of the charm.Read more
Nice old-fashioned feeling to the hotel. Good service, good breakfast, and a cozy attic room. The garden with evening views over Staubbach waterfall was great.
The staff are the highlight of the hotel!! They are so warm and welcoming.

Nice location with the view of the waterfall.
The Hotel Staubbach is perfectly located in Lauterbbrunnen with views of the Staubbach Waterfall. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the changing of the sight. Highly recommend getting a waterfall view room.
The situation with the electrical outlets… they are few and in difficult places (for an older person)
