Pros (+) Beautiful rooms, very large pool with gorgeous landscaping. Helpful, friendly staff who were tolerant of our poor Spanish and spoke English to us without making it feel like an inconvenience. Stayed with our two kids they loved the pool and the grounds. Close to town. 10/10 recommend!

Pros (+) The building is a beautiful architectural structure, very well rennovated and maintained. The rooms have 15 foot arched ceilings. The indoor spa is a wonderful treat on really hot days when everything is shut down for siesta. The outdoor pool is like a miniature lake, fed by ground water. The staff are attentive and food facilities are good quality. Parking is convenient. Would highly recommend to...

Cons (-) Room location was very hard work - long way to get anywhere ! Reception staff unable to tell me where facilities such as spa and pool were when I requested a map of the site. There were lots of buildings or other facilities that we had no idea what they were ! Frustrating.

Pros (+) The hotel had a pleasant scent. The bedroom was spacious and quiet. Everyone was friendly, except for an incident I will share below. The pool is amazing. I really enjoyed seeing the storks up close.

When we got to the restaurant, the manager (or at least we believe he was) asked if we had a reservation. We confirmed yes, under my name and room number (which we changed upon arrival).
