Pros (+) Plenty of options for every nationality. The staff was excellent with their service and of course the Filipinos kindness and respect.
Cons (-) The wifi was not very good. Couldn't sign in easily and would not connect a lot of times.

Pros (+) All staff were amazing! Very polite, courteous and cheerful. They were the plus to our stay at this hotel. Unhappy about the 2 small water bottle/day policy. Not really a 5 star-ish policy. The day we checked out we were not given water and when I asked for it, I was told we were not entitled to complimentary drinking water anymore as we were checking out.

Pros (+) Pros: Conveniently located just 6 minutes from the beach. On-site restaurant adds to the convenience. Nice swimming pool. Clothes hangers provided. Henan Tawala Resort is ok but the Alona one is much better because they have more pools. Henan Tawala guests can not use the pools from Henan Alona, so it makes swimming in the pools very limited and makes the Tawala area very crowded.

A 5 STAR HOTEL with convenience access that is not too far to the main Alona beach of Panglao. Nice amenities and great service. Henann never disappoint me even in Boracay.

I just wanna say that my stay it wasn't too bad until the checkout time. The room, service is okay and already know most of Hennan restaurant are not that good but Hennan Tawala is the worst, their breakfast to dinner buffet.
