Very clean, friendly helpful staff.
There was always a huge queue at reception and a long wait. Just never enough staff on at reception especially at check in and check out time. Thats the only thing that let's it down.
Kindness and breakfast
air conditioner smells musty whenever come to room.
We liked the ambience of the hotel and the location as it was 15 min walk from the Pavilion. Our room had the Petronas Tower view. The breakfast was good and with a view on 38 th floor.
Upon reaching the hotel we were told the only room available was on the lowest level ( 17th floor) whereas the rooms go till 31st floor. The room service of any kind took a while. The room's climate control didn't seem to work as it was always cold.
Like quick action by staff after our request for flowers which they accomodate
Though we have club access break fast on 38th floor looks bit more croweded
Great service, friendly staff, comfortable room and great location.
The hotel is very well located and has amazing facilities including a huge gym and sauna. The views are very nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
The beds are a bit small for king size and the bedding not the most comfortable.

This hotel has set the bar extremely high and would highly recommend it! The staff are amazing, super friendly and provided many touristy & local recommendations for us to visit and explore. We will be back!!
The breakfast and the Gerai buffet
The hotel is super clean but traces of wear and tear have definitely started to show, since our last visit.
