Hotel was a quality and potential for a good stay
A international conference was on so the guests were treated as second priority. Lots of complaints about this.

This hotel was epic. The gym, sauna, steam room and spa bathroom were awesome. The hotel foyer is so grand and opulent. The hotel staff were so lovely and helpful too. Only walking distance from Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang. I can see why this is the number 1 hotel in Malaysia. Such a highlight

Staff at the entrance/carpark they were soo lovely and welcoming.
When we were checking in staff didnt explain what facilities they had so we missed out on few things and had to keep asking questions to find out things.

It was stunning with a beautiful pool and cosy rooms.
Very stylish hotel and the staff were amazing.
The roof top bar was excellent albeit a bit pricey and offers great views of the KL skyline. Worth a visit one night for a drink and some photos.
Breakfast was good but not great with the staff being overloaded for the number of guests they had to look after. 3 mornings in a row we were asked if we would like a coffee only of it not to turn up. Not a big issue as we just helped ourselves, but it is something worth fixing.
