For this price u can not expect too much Room smell of mold... Water pressure as always in Philippines - very low Pros: Free water Quiet Close to malls / restaurants Generally, fine place for one night for sure not for more

Old building, not too well taken care of. The room had been cleaned, but it looked like it had never been cleaned deeply and properly (calcar and mould stains in the bathroom). Great position for good price. Staff is kind and helpful.

the location is great since its in the downtown area so transportation is easy. as for the price, its a value for your money. i did not interact with the staff but the receptionist is friendly. there's also a hot water, i like it. my only concern is that there's no running water on the sink.

Great place to stay, very close to everything, 2 minutes walk to centre, staff are super helpful and friendly. Good size room with hot shower.
