I stayed at this apartment during a 4-day holiday (July 14 - 18) and had a great experience overall. The location is convenient—just about 8 minutes' walk to the nearest tram stop, which made getting around easy. The apartment itself is excellent and well-suited for couples. My second stay in this wonderful small apartment - it must be one of the prettiest and most comfortable in Rotterdam!!
If you need to store your luggages , staying here is not recommended.

Misrepresentation: the property is called "Bed and Breakfast" BUT there is no breakfast. This is misrepresentation. And Parking " available" is charged extra by the hour between 9 am and 11 pm. also not in the property description which gives the impression it is free. I would NOT have booked this property .

Everything was good
Good connection to the city centre by tram. All daily infrastructure (supermarket, restaurants, cafes) within walking distance.
Parking situation. Sometimes difficult to find a parking place. Very strikt parking regime and dangerous to get a fine. Luckily we could buy affordable parking ticket at the host's place.
