basic but still good and sufficient breakfast. Really nice and tasty to have a toaster available on the spot. The location is great, close to the center but at a quiet location. Very close to a nice beach and park. Lots of free parking on site. nice touch the complimentary water bottles.
Large rooms, friendly staff, free parking which is closed at night (you can enter with your hotel card) 5 minutes by car from the city centre.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. He helped us a lot, especially with how to take a ferry. He unlocked the breakfast room so that I could heat my dinner.
The phonic isolation was poor so the conversation in the corridor was disturbing for sleeping at night. The bar in the court was a little bit noisy too.
We arrived very late, found the location with ease and parked in secure carpark which was locked overnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and basic but functional. Clean and functional bathroom. Bottled water provided and fridge and TV in room. Large comfy bed and towels provided. Location was a few minutes walk from lake Maggiore.

The staff was great, also breakfast was nice. We stayed with a group of students and we enjoyed our stay a Lot.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the male receptionist, and they spoke very good English.

Abandoned building attached, tiny TV, uncomfortable bed and pillows, restaurant only opens for dinner if you make a reservation. Noisy.

It was very hot in the room. No air conditioner only а fan.
