Pros (+) Location was great, did not need to use the car at all. Lovely comfy bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was superb

Pros (+) Wonderful hosts, and exceptional choice and quality of breakfast; it makes a nice change to have so many healthy options ( as well as a great full English) to choose from - especially ones that are so delicious and well prepared. A beautiful, much loved Victorian house, with quirky decor, which was large, super comfortable and homely. Impeccably clean throughout. The room was extremely comfortable...
Cons (-) Our room was in the top of the house, and I found it rather hot, even though there was a fan. If you suffer from hot flushes( as I do), it would be worth requesting a room lower down in the house.

Pros (+) Basically everything. Anita and Rob the hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was to die for. Will definitely be going back again next year and maybe more after.
Cons (-) Well the seagulls are a bit noisy at first lol. But that's nature for you, you can't blame nature especially when standing for a period deciding where to go, and a seagull drops his..well you can guess the rest

Pros (+) Property was lovely with everything you needed to hand such extra milk for drinks and biscuits. Really good breakfasts with an extensive range of fruit. Proprietors really helpful and friendly plus their lovely dog! Great location for us, as we enjoyed walking up and down the hill into Whitby.
