Helpful staff. The room was cleaned.
AC was not cold enough perhaps due to poor maintenance, however, the staff gave us another room on the same floor.

The location is strategic and easy to find.
I will focus on the pool area because it is important for every customer. The pool area is dirty, and there is a lot of bird poo around. In my opinion, the staff should clean it regularly and do something to prevent birds from leaving droppings on the floor. Also, the chlorine in the water is too strong, and there is no running water to filter the pool properly.
Bed bugs, i couldn't sleep the whole night because of them.....
The room facilities like bed, toilet, tv, water heater, hair dryer, air-con etc. exceeded my expectation for the price we paid. Secured parking was a bonus for us. Check in and check out at 4:00 pm was wonderfully smooth.
The one thing my wife did not like was the cleanliness of the towels, bed covers and bed sheets. But it is ok with me for the price we paid, reasonably clean and not dirty.

this hotel is apartment type with a small swimming pool..ok..is good. very near to the town centre..got a lot of Chinese restaurant ,this is my 7th / 8th time to book this hotel. I love it...coming back on 31/05..see you again..
