Visit the Museo de Antioquia to explore the city’s most important cultural attraction. Browse permanent exhibitions in the open-air museum, including a collection of ceramics in “The Mud Has a Voice”, a dialogue between artists in “Stories to Rethink”, the Colonial and Republican Room and the International Art Room.

Spend a day out in nature at the Jardin Botanico de Medellin. Stroll the scenic pathways and boardwalks that line the green space and browse the collection of zamias, orchids and arboreal ferns. Admire the architectural structures, visit the herbarium and see the butterfly enclosure.

Getting around

José María Córdova International Airport is less than an hour from Medellin. The easiest way to get around is by metro or car, while it is also possible to get around by taxi or bus.
