I reserved a balcony room but was offered an upgrade. while the room was slightly larger, there was no balcony leading to my disappointment. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom but a big spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed. Ahaba were classy amenities. The breakfast buffet was terribly disappointing. The first morning I ordered an omelet which was a typical Israeli pancake made with eggs rather than a true french omelet. To add to the disappointment, the eggs were well done and cold! The buffet merely passed as adequate. For dinner, I had a lamb osso buco which was not really osso buco but delicious nevertheless. My partner had the grilled bass which was excellent. The wine list was mostly Israeli wines. I had a nice Famm cabernet which went perfectly wit the lame. Service was attentive nut the waiter complained that I put the tip on the charge because he only receives about 1/2 due to taxes and credit card charges. I'll know better next time

    Great Location!

The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem could be an extraordinary lodging, both outwardly shocking and with superb benefit. We organized air terminal meet and welcome and airplane terminal exchange through the lodging concierge, and in spite of the fact that our battle was over an hour late in arriving, it was no issue. The climate was terrible when we arrived but we had such a warm welcome, we felt loose. Our room was comfortable and well designated. Our little ask for Earl Dim tea and new drain was no issue. Dr B utilized the wellness room, little but fine. Breakfast was exceptionally great, the lodging is well found with regard to eateries, shops and car hire places, and Jerusalem is simple to induce around on foot. We exceedingly suggest the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem.

    Beautiful, Amazing Hotel

Everything was amazing in the hotel. The only thing I would caution is taking tours out of Isreal. Please be aware of the tours you book through the hotel and where they will be taking you. Isreal is amazing, but crossing the border, is not! The hotel was beautiful! We enjoy breakfast daily and there were plenty of options for any type of diet. The staff was always a joy to interact with especially the doorman!! He always had a smile on his face, which made me smile more. I experienced my first Shabbat dinner and the hotel did an outstanding job! My friend knew what to expect because this a part of his culture, but were even impressed with the dinner.
