    Not a good Holiday Experience!!

I paid $1240 and very disappointed the room was isolated no windows, I literally have to leave our room door opens so the 10 of us including a toddler could breathe all night. They ramps up the heater while we’re sleeping in a very small room with 12 beds in it. The noise levels from upstairs room makes our staying very uncomfortable. I feeling like I’m in a smaller vessel from refugee country. The bunk beds were very rough edges making dangerous for any child to climb up and out of it, very poor execution. I would not recommend it I feels like we been living in same cabins with there workers. It’s now 10:20pm and the stamping noises from upstairs room is very bad. They could’ve improved the flooring and wall proofing panels.
