I think maybe for many people they will love this camp but for me I was really disappointed. I think the current trend in Wadi Rum for these kind of comfort focused Hotel/ type camps is a real shame. Also, this camp is actually on the North border of the protected area on the Diseh side, so you have a train track not far from the camp with trains rumbling by all night (perhaps if you are looking for Lawrence of Arabia you might enjoy this!). I am a light sleeper so not my idea of a quiet night immersed in nature. If you are not a happy camper then this camp might be great for you with facilities and comforts, but if you are looking for authentic Wadi Rum, better to choose a different camp. Perhaps, they can't do anything differently rather make sure their marketing materials advertise what they actually do so the right people choose them. i.e. they have to make clear where they are and this means facilities, not so much authenticity or nature (electricity pylons in view, and the mentioned train). So market themselves to people out of their comfort zone when camping.
