LikedGood location near our family

DislikedThe room we stayed in was dated - basic shower that leaked. The bed was so uncomfortable. When we asked to change - first time was eh no, ask tomorrow. Asked the next day and were shown a room worse than the one we were in. When I advised the soap had run out in the room, I returned to be given a new bottle to change myself. We have stayed in this hotel a few times and enjoyed our experience. Sadly it’s changed hands and I feel staff don’t care

LikedHotel location is quiet part of town. 10 minutes by foot to tram stop. Staff is friendly.

DislikedHotel rooms and toilets need renovation. Price really doesn’t match the quality.
