LikedAn excelent lake front hotel with very comfortable rooms and onsen. The meals were very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Excelent place to arrive to in Japan and catch a glimpse at Mt Fuji.

LikedThe service was phenomenal, the facilities excellent and the view of Fuji was unbelievable. It was pouring with rain the day we arrived, they picked us up from the station, took all our bags up to our room and then served a kaiseki meal in the room and catered to all of our needs.
DislikedIt was difficult to get to from Tokyo given it was golden week and many of the busses were sold out. Not the fault of the hotel though!

LikedWe had a fantastic time at Konsano. The private Onsen and dinner in our room were some of the highlights of our trip and they were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, special mention to our room clerk Etsuko who made us tea on arrival and served our meal. We were lucky enough to see Mt Fuji on our first day, and the rooftop footbath was much needed after all our exploring!
