I stay almost a week at this hotel, divided into 3 bookings. But nver got any good service from the staff. 1 st booking for 3 nights. It went well...2 nd booking I am not pleased by the reception staff.. I wrote it already. And here is 3 rd booking review. We having lots of big boxes , cos we bought lots of taiwan snacks. And no body help us . So we put all the boxes into hotel trolley. And we push it by our selves. When we meet the staff ,she just looking at us. And then she said u cant use the trolley. And i asked how we took our things.She just stood at there .and looking at us. No help and solution from them... Whew....then 1 of her friend came and said ok u can use the trolley. But didnt offer any help...lol

I was checked at midgnight, and I have separate booking. And I asked to combine 2 bookings, so i dont need to move in and out , They cant do it for me....i need to check out for the 1 st night, keep my things then after 3 check in again....Lol...and I asked Why? The staff I book 2 different type rooms ,And I said can't u please ur guest? Just upgrade the room for the 2 nd night? Then i dont need to move in and out. He answered No, unless u pay more to upgrade the room.If he told me nicely i will consider his offer,but with his attitude I Wont do it. Usually if this condition at other hotel I think they will just upgrade me....

This hotel has very good service and facilities, however, it is quite far from the Taoyuan airport, we need taxi (pay for 700 NTD) to the airport
