LikedPlenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. It is served in an adjacent hotel from the same chain. Umbrellas are readily provided on both hotel exit doors. For dinner you have many possibilities around the corner from basic street food to more elaborate restaurants serving local specialties. We stayed 3 nights, could have added another 1 or 2 days for the many sights/activities around.
Disliked3 old slippers under the bed. Indoor swimming pool is also in the adjacent hotel and was very cold - not suitable for our 5yo.

It’s my second time staying here and the service was great and room was extremely clean and pleasant. There was sufficient space for 4 pax in our room even with our luggage’s. Also has many amenities nearby such as convenience stores and Ita Thao shopping district ! Car park was also not an issue. Overall a great place to stay!

Rooms were clean and spacious, balcony offers a view. Breakfast was good with a large spread of local and western food. Location is excellent as the hotel is just beside the boat pier and within the shopping street, providing many food options. Our stay came with free bicycle rental which allowed us to cycle and the nearby trail that offered great views of the lake. Staff was very friendly as well.
