Was initially given a room with the floor carpet being moudy and the mirror and wall being rusty. Managed to change to a cleaner room thereafter. The place does not look as potrayed in the pictures. There was no plug near the bedside. Hotel was slightly far from the shuishe pier and eateries.

We enjoyed our stay. Is clean. Big room with onsen. International breakfast is good. Wish we can stay another night. The meh part is that no one with help you with your luggages even if they open the door for you. Like no concierge.

Great rooms that comes with complimentary snacks and drinks. Each room comes with hot spring water connected to the tub for usage. Walking distance of about 10-15mins to Shuishe Pier.

The resort’s commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner, enhancing the comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the private onsen, featuring natural hot springs that promised relaxation and rejuvenation. This tranquil retreat was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The soothing waters and scenic surroundings contributed to a deeply restorative experience. Impressed by the resort's charm, we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, rearranging their bookings to ensure we could enjoy more time without any hassle. This level of dedication and hospitality was truly heartwarming.
