During our recent visit to the Fuli Hot Spring Resort, we were captivated by the serene ambiance and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a warmth and friendliness that made us feel immediately welcomed. The resort’s commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner, enhancing the comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the private onsen, featuring natural hot springs that promised relaxation and rejuvenation. This tranquil retreat was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The soothing waters and scenic surroundings contributed to a deeply restorative experience. Impressed by the resort's charm, we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, rearranging their bookings to ensure we could enjoy more time without any hassle. This level of dedication and hospitality was truly heartwarming.

This is a 4-star hotel. There are many good things about it, such as a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and an excellent buffet breakfast . Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to the impression given by the photos (in real life it’s a little shabbier, and doesn’t have much greenery/garden). You also have to wear a swimming cap to use the pool (which might be normal in Taiwan, but not for international travellers). Pity, we didn’t use the pool for this reason and noticed there were no other guests using the pool either.

Room very big, hot spring tub is nice, bed is comfortable as well! Will recommend to stay here!
