Great rooms, very clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Comfortable beds, and a very comfortable hot spring tub in the room as well. Recreation room downstairs also well equipped, as we as having a gym, a swimming pool, and bikes for rental for guests. Highly recommended for stays at Sun Moon Lake!

We booked a room with the private onsen and it was the best decision! Only downside is the TV in the room wasn't of good quality but that wasn't our priority so it doesn't affect us. The Stone therapy which we paid 788NTD per person was slightly overpriced buy the aftereffects were good. Especially when we continued with our private onsen right after the stone massage.

We came in week day. It’s a good hotel, staff are friendly and provide good service. We had many choices for breakfast. Highly recommend here.

I only stayed one night. Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel offers free entertainment including pool tables, ping pong, toddler play area , etc. I booked one night with two meals, but due to fewer guests, the receptionist asked me to make a selection for dinner. The dinner menu included salmon, steak and pork chops, but they were typical western dishes, so it was disappointing. I wished to get some local style food. According to my child, she found a stain on her blanket, and I didn’t see it so I wasn’t sure if it was an old stain or not.
