LikedThey sell ferry tickets and entrance tickets with a discounted price.
DislikedGuests aren't allow ti check-in after 8pm which is quite inflexible.

The hotel staff are very very nice willing to provide the route to come to the hotel and all help we need and even gave us suggestion of our next stop. we are very satisfied and recommend this lovely hotel😀thanks for the lovely staff 👍

LikedThe staff were super friendly, helpful, and passionate in recommending places to eat and visit. The property doesn’t have a parking lot but there are plenty parking spaces near by. The staff would tell you all about it. The location is great with restaurants around and with sun moon lake down south in 20 min and Puli township 20 min up north. Would recommend!
DislikedNothing really for this price. Overall it was great! Maybe the property can provide a few hangers and more wall hooks for travelers.
