They have another branch at the other side (The Crystal Resort, a few streets away), the facilities are mostly at that hotel, bfast is nice and vegetarian options is available too, toilet is abit inconvenient as there is not lock and toilet is separated. Room is comfortable and spacious, the staff is nice to introduce what are nice and popular around the area. The Ita Thao pier is right outside the hotel about 5 mins walk.

Room is small but it’s clean & comfortable, good breakfast & free parking too.

The location is good, very near to the lake and shops. But the problem was, the Inn hard to find. As there no signage. We had to call the hotel staff to link up. The room was big, but there no proper bathroom. Which the shower area and the toilet area were separated. The shower area, was cover by curtains within the room. Breakfast has to walk about 100m plus away to another sister hotel. The restaurant view was good, facing the lake.

This hotel has two different buildings which are two minutes walking distance apart. Most of the rooms in the main building where we checked in have lake view; however, the other building only has a small ventilation window. They have clear and full information on Agoda about room sizes, and you can find the differences. Good breakfast, good leisure facilities. Highly recommended.
