Hotel is okay. Breakfast is okay. But the location is far from shuishe pier, yes they provide shuttle, but its hard for us to find dinner nearby.

The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is at a quieter part or the lake but at least the hotel provides transport to the ferry point. The bed is very soft, unfortunately, my back needs a firm bed. The design of the sliding door grip is badly designed. We fingers were caught on the sliding door to the toilet a couple of times.

Nice hotel located at Sun Moon Lake area. Really beautiful view. Hotel Room is big, clean and modern. Staffs are polite and friendly. Recommended hotel at Sun Moon Lake.
