We reserved a high floor lake view room. It was the best decision ever. Whole resort was tastefully decorated and peaceful. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

LikedThe views were truly amazing from every angle! (We were very lucky with the weather too...so the lake colours were spectacular.) Staff were friendly, thorough and attentive. The pool was a particular highlight for us... clean, wonderful views and an immense length!
DislikedFor such an exclusive place unfortunately the Japanese restaurant didn’t meet our expectations. The ambience was good, service reasonable but for the price we have eaten a better variety of sushi here in Taiwan. Cannot speak about the Teppanyaki though! I also feel that the mini bar in the rooms should be included in the price!

LikedOne of the most stunning hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Just amazing. With a few exceptions the service was flawless.
DislikedThe pool was freezing. Would have been nice to have pool side food & drink service. We Weren’t allowed to move the umbrellas even slightly for shade as it would have impacted the aesthetic for everyone taking photos.
